Digital services and manual review
Once service delivery has started (for example, approval or activation of featured placement), a full refund may not be possible. If the request is not completed within the agreed timeframe, you may contact us to request a fix or a refund depending on the case.
Requesting a refund
Contact us via the Contact page and include the request details (order reference if available), the username, and the payment date. We respond within a reasonable time depending on request volume.
Free directory listing
Adding and displaying public profile data from the source is free and is not a paid service.
